So, when you think of New York, what comes to your mind? The yellow cab? Sure! Same goes with London, Copenhagen and Paris. But, it doesn’t mean we are just talking about buses and and cabs with these cities. We are looking at what comes to people’s mind at the mention of New York, London or Paris. What impression people have about them as cities. What people think about them is what make them a brand. And a brand is more than a name given to products; it is a whole combination of physical and socio-psychological attributes and beliefs.

For Biafra, it is about what they say about themselves and what people say about them. Thus: image and reputation. Aren’t people still thinking about civil war when they hear the word Biafra?
